不同分子量水溶性壳低聚糖对花生产量性状及品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 壳低聚糖是天然多糖中唯一的碱性多糖,制成生长调节剂,可提高某些作物的产量,改善其品质。本试验在花生下针期分别叶面喷施50mg/L三种不同分子量水溶性壳低聚糖,收获时调查不同处理的经济性状并检测其蛋白质和粗脂肪含量,以了解水溶性壳低聚糖对花生产量和品质的影响。结果表明,中分子量(平均分子量5528)水溶性壳低聚糖能显著提高花生的粗脂肪含量,高分子量和低分子量(平均分子量2900)水溶性壳低聚糖处理的单株饱果重、单株总果数、单株饱果重、百果重和花生蛋白质含量均显著高于中分子量水溶性壳低聚糖处理,但高分子量(平均分子量5836)水溶性壳低聚糖处理的粗脂肪含量显著低于其他处理。 Chitooligosaccharides is the only alkaline polysaccharide in the natural polysaccharide. As a growth regulator, it can improve some crops' yield and quality. In this study, in order to understand the effect of Water-Soluble Chitooligosaccharides( WSC ) on peanut's yield and quality, peanuts were sprayed with three different molecular weight WSC 50mg/L in flowering and pegging stage, the economical characteristics of different treatments were surveyed and their protein content and the crude oil content were tested at the harvest stage. The result showed that the middle-molecular-weight (average molecular weight ) WSC could significantly increase the crude oil content of peanut's pod. The economical characteristics of the high and low-molecular-weight ( average molecular weight) WSC treatments, such as fully developed pods weight per plant,total pods per plant,fully developed pods per plant, 100- pod weight and the protein content were significantly higher than the middle-molecular-weightWSC's treatment. However,the crude oil content of the high-molecular weight WSC's treatment were significantly lower than that of other treatments.
