邓小平以历史唯物主义利益观为出发点,以实事求是的科学态度,充分论证了合理的社会流动对于调动社会成员积极性的重大意义,提出了社会转型中我国社会流动的突破口、基本途径和根本标准,从而形成了具有邓小平特点的、完整系统的社会流动思想。它不仅是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,而且是新时期构建和谐社会的重要理论基础。

Taking historical materialism benefits view as the starting point and holding the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, Deng Xiaoping has fully demonstrated the significance of the rational social mobility to mobilize the enthusiasm of social members, put forward the breakthrough, the basic approach and the fundamental criteria of social mobility in the stage of society transformation in China and formed the complete system of the thought of social mobility with characteris-tics of Deng Xiaoping.It is not only an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory, but also an important theoretical basis to build a harmonious society in the new era.
