Thinking about Solar-utilization of the Post-disaster Reconstruction in Yushu Earthquake-stricken Areas

本文立足玉树地震灾后恢复重建,从当地地理气候条件、区域生态功能、灾后重建的战略定位和总体要求等方面阐述了太阳能资源综合利用在灾区重建中的必要性;分析了加快玉树太阳能资源利用进程与我省太阳能产业发展互为促进的内在联系;提出了玉树震后重建太阳能综合利用的合理化建议及示范推广的主要发展方向。

This article is based on the post-disaster reconstruction in Yushu earthquake-stricken areas,clarified the necessities of comprehensive use of solar energy resources from the aspects of the local geographic conditions,the regional ecological functions,and the strategy and principles of reconstruction;analyzed the internal relations between the solar energy utilization and its industry development;advanced some reasonable proposals and the main development directions about solar-utilization of the post-disaster reconstruction in Yushu earthquake-stricken areas.
