“识”是学报编辑的首要素质

本文将学报编辑之"识"分为意识、学识、见识和鉴识四种,自觉的主体意识,会使编辑对自己的行为有一种使命感,合理的学识和深邃的见识,可使编辑体察到文稿的深层内涵,最大限度地达到与社会选择的契合一致。学报编辑之自觉的意识、合理的知识、卓越的见识,是培养其现代科学思维能力的必不可少的基础和前提。在学报编辑之"才、胆、识、力"诸素质中,"要在先之以识"。在科学技术飞速发展和思想文化交流融合的当今时代,"识"对于学报编辑的重要性愈加凸显。

＂Shi＂ in this paper includes four meanings＇ consciousness,knowledge,insight,and identification.Consciousness makes editors have the sense of mission;knowledge and insight makes editors see the manuscript clearly.Editors of university journals＇ self-consciousness,logical knowledge,and predominant insight are the base and premise of the modem sciences＇ ability of thinking.In the age of rapid development for science and technology,＂Shi＂ stand out itssignificant for the editors of university journals.
