摘要
大学图书馆精神是图书馆员的群体意识和行为准则的集中表现,它包括奉献精神、进取精神、科学精神、创造精神、团队精神和钻研业务的精神。本文对大学图书馆精神的培养和图书馆文化建设提出了一些措施。
The university library spirit is the librarian group consciousness and behavior criterion of concentrated;it includes dedication and enterprising spirit,and the spirit of science,creative spirit,team spirit and spirit of studying business.This thesis puts forward some measures.
