摘要
新形势下高等院校人事档案的管理,要主动适应人事制度改革的需要,大胆探索管理观念,严格高校人事档案管理制度,不断规范工作程序;在管理过程中加快人事档案信息化建设,实现管理过程信息化;提高人事档案信息资源的开发与利用,才能充分发挥高校人事档案应有的作用。
Personal file administration in universities should adapt to the need reforming the personnel system under new period,and according to the requirements of the organization department of the central committee worked out "the work regulation of cadre file" and "the temporary regulation of collection and place on file about the cadre filel materials" unceasingly perfect management regulahons.improve office procedure,and bring archives administration effect in managing in universities cadre personal administration into play sufficiently.Manage concepts only when exploring courageously and reinforce the management system of personal files in universities,unceasingly standard work programme;Accelerate informationize construction of personal file in management process to realize management process informationize;Improve the exploitation and utilization of information resources about personal file,brings the due effect of personal file into play sufficiently in universities,make contribution out for universities develops.
