HX_N5型机车空压机不泵风的故障分析及处理方法

Reason analysis and treatment of fault for air compressor being unable to pump air for HX_N5 locomotive

针对HXN5型机车空压机不泵风的惯性质量问题,分析了其产生的原因,提出了短接热机阀连接管、手动泵风等在线应急故障处理方法,并进一步提出了改进热机阀、排气止回阀、更换空压机接触器触头等入库处理方法。

The air compressor for HXN5 locomotive being unable to pumping air is a common fault.The paper analyzed the reason for the fault,and proposed some on-line emergency measures such as by-passing heat-sensitive valve,pumping air by hand.And farther measures such as improving heat sensive valve and exhaust check-valve,and replacing contactor contact when locomotive being in depot,were put forward.
