摘要 目的 对SLE患者外周血单核细胞上CD40的表达水平及其与SLEDAI评分有无相关性进行分析.方法 用免疫荧光标记和流式细胞仪技术检测21例SLE患者和18名正常人外周血单核细胞上CD40的表达.结果 SLE患者外周血中CD14+CD40+/CD14+百分率明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01).SLE患者外周血CD14+细胞CD40表达水平和SLEDAI评分呈正相关.结论 SLE患者CD14+CD40+/CD14+高于正常人,认为单核细胞CD40表达增高参与SLE的发病过程. Objective To analyze whether the expression of CD40 on monocytes of SLE patients is abnormal. Methods The expression of CD40 on monocytes in SLE patients and normal controls was examined by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Result The percentage of CDI4+CD40+ among CD14+ cells from patients with SLE is higher than that of normal controls.There is positive relationship between the expression of CD40 on monocytes from SLE patients and SLEDA1 scores.Conclusion The elevated expression of CD40 on monocytes of SLE patients may take part in the pathogenesis of SLE.
