医用射线防护喷剂治疗鼻咽癌放疗后皮肤反应疗效观察

Clinical Outcome of Medical Anti-Radiation Spray in Preventing Acute Irradiation-Induced Cutireaction

目的 观察医用射线防护喷剂治疗鼻咽癌放疗后放射性皮肤反应疗效.方法 2008年6月～2009年10月搜集94例鼻咽癌患者,其中46例患者在第一次放疗后即用＂医用射线防护喷剂＂,设为用药组,48例患者只做放射常规宣教,设为对照组.结果 两组患者照射结束时均会发生皮肤反应,用药组皮肤反应严重程度低于对照组（P〈0.01）,而皮肤粘膜辐射耐受剂量明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论 医用射线防护喷剂能有效减轻和推迟鼻咽癌患者放疗后放射性皮肤反应的发生、有效减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量,保证放射治疗的顺利进行.

Objective To observe effective of protective spray in preventing acute cutireaction after receiving radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma Methods From June 2008 to October 2009,94 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected,46 cases were administrated with protective spray after receiving radiotherapy for the first time as treatment group,while 48 cases were just with healthy publicize as control group. Result After irradiation,everyone would have cutireaction.The level of severity in treatment group was much lower than in control group（P〈0.01）;while the injury tolerance dose of cutireaction in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group.Conclusions Protective spray could put off the cutireaction occuring and lighten the patient＇ s suffering which could increase the quality of patient＇ s life and ensure the therapy complete in time.
