目的 探讨条形码技术在检验工作中的合理应用.方法 利用人工打印条形码方法,生成ID条码签,作为患者就诊的唯一标识符,根据工作形式的不同,建立门诊检验工作流程.贯穿患者就诊全过程.结果 （1）医护人员工作效率提高;（2）降低标本采集和传递差错;（3）提高医院经济效益;（4）为医疗纠纷的举证倒置提供依据.结论 医院信息管理系统和实验室管理系统无缝连接有益于检验医学的发展.

Objective To discussion suitable utilization of bar code technology in clinical laboratories. Methods Artificial methods of printing bar codes,bar codes generated ID to sign,as a unique identifier of patients seeking for treatment, according to the different forms of work to establish the laboratory processes throughout the entire process of outpatient visits.Results （1）Medical personnel get more efficiency;（2）To reduce specimen collection and transmission errors;（3）To increase economic benefit of hospital;（4）To provide evidence for medical disputes.Conclusion Suitable utilization of hospital information management systems and laboratory information management system can be conducive to the development of laboratory medicine.
