摘要 目的:探讨利用计算机X线摄影(CR)技术拍摄放射治疗病人模拟定位片的价值。方法:常规摆位,定位片用70~80kV、55~65MA。结果:拍摄图像清晰,能清楚地分辨主要解剖结构,清晰地记录了患者各照射野的大小,形状,中心及照射野与人体解剖之间的关系,较为直观地反应了患者定位和投照的部位和区域。结论:利用CR技术拍摄放疗病人模拟定位片,成像满意,操作简便,作为放射治疗质量控制的方法具有推广价值。 Objective: To verify the value of using computed radiography (CR) technique to shoot the radiotherapied patient’s simulated simulating orientation film. Methods: Using traditional set-up,photographing validate film, photographing orientation film,70 ~ 80 kV and 55 ~ 65 mA was suitable. Results: The image was clear ,we could clearly differentiate the main anatomical structure. Moreover,the image clearly recorded the size,shape,centre and the relationship between exposure field and human anatomy of each radiation field and comparatively intuitive reflects a patient's set-up position and filming region. Conclusions: It was satisfactory using computed radiography technique to shoot the radiotherapied patient’s simulated and operating was convenient,the technique for quality control tools was effective.
