The paper analysed and explored the contradiction,under the new situation,between scale and resources,scale and quality and scale and benefit in postgraduate training units from three aspects of necessity,principle and required measure of employing external tutors.The author thought it is important to improving the training quality,mechanism and development of postgraduate education.
