以暑期法律实践为例探析卫生法学人才实务能力的培养

Analysis on practical ability training of talents in health law specialty

从培养学生专业理念、增强学生学习自主性和提高学生理论联系实际能力等角度分析了暑期法律实践活动的实施目的。从理念确立、初步实践、模式成型和具体操作等方面探讨了暑期法律实践活动的实施过程。分析了我校暑期法律实践活动所取得的成效,如实现项目化运作、完成三届学生培养和获得阶段性成果等。从建立暑期法律实践长效机制、推动实践教学的体系化建设和注重卫生法学师资力量培养等方面,提出了完善暑期法律实践活动的建议。

The purpose of law practice in summer vacation was analysed from the aspects of students＇ specialty idea,learning independence and ability of integrating theory with practice.The practical process was studied based on idea formation,preliminary practice,mode establishment and specific operation.The paper evaluated the performance of the practice in our university,such as project operation,three-year training in students and stage achievements.The author put forward some suggestions on the improvement of law practice in summer vacation in terms of establishing long-term mechanism,promoting the construction of systematic teaching and training faculties of health law.
