我院小儿社区获得性肺炎抗菌药治疗现状调查

Analysis of the Medication of Antibiotics in Pediatric Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的:调研我院小儿社区获得性肺炎(CAP)住院患者抗菌药合理使用情况。方法:采用回顾性的调查方法,抽取我院2007年7月～2008年6月的1 167例小儿CAP患者病历,按年龄、性别、咽拭子涂片、痰培养结果,药敏试验、使用药物、联合用药、疗效等对资料进行统计分析。结果:1 167例小儿CAP患者,检出肺炎链球菌108例,大肠埃希菌36例,金黄色葡萄球菌27例,肺炎克雷伯菌20例,卡他莫拉菌18例。患者100%使用抗菌药,其中,联合使用抗菌药682例(58.4%);单独使用485例(41.6%)。结论:我院小儿CAP住院患者,抗菌药临床使用趋于合理,联合用药方法比单用方法治疗效果好,但存在不合理用药现象。

Objective： To investigate the rational use of antibiotics in our hospital inpatients of pediatric commu- nity-acquired pneumonia （CAP）. Method： 1167 eases of pediatric CAP in our hospital from July 1,2007 to June 31,2008 were collected with retrospective methods of investigation, and statistical analysis was carried according to age, gender, pharyngeal anal swab smear, sputum culture results, drug susceptibility testing, usage of drugs, combination therapy, and healing effect. Results： 108 cases of streptococcus pneumoniae, 36 cases of escherichia colt, 27 cases of staphylococcus au- reus, 20 cases of Klebsiella pneumoniae and 18 cases of Moraxella catarrhalis （MC） in 1167 cases of pediatric CAP patients were detected. 100% of the patients were treated with antibiotics, 58.4% （ 682 people） , by combined medication and 41.6% （ 485 people）, by single medication. Conclusion ：The use of antibiotics for patients of CAP in our hospital was reasonable and the combined medication gained better effects than the single medication method.
