弱粘气煤半焦制备型焦的研究

摘要 以神府弱粘气煤半焦为型焦原料,煤焦油沥青为粘结剂制备型焦。研究了半焦的粒度级配、预氧化时间、温度以及炭化升温速率、炭化终温和停留时间与型焦抗压强度之间的关系。结果显示,型焦原料粒度组成须有一定级配,预氧化温度280℃,时间1.5h,炭化升温速率1℃/min,炭化终温850℃,停留时间1h时型焦的强度最大。 The formcoke was made of Shenfu char as the raw material and pitch as the binder. The influence of particle size proportion of char, air treatment time and air treatment temperature on the strength of formeoke were studied as well as the effect of the heating rate of carbonization, the final temperature of carbonization and the residence time of final temperature on the strength of formcoke. The results indicate that under certain conditions that the air treatment temperature is 280 ℃ and the time is 1.5 h, the heating rate of carbonization is 1 ℃/min,the rise final temperature of carbonization is 850 ℃ ,residence time is 1h, formcoke can achieve maximum strength.
