摘要
在采用多孔介质模型对布风板进行简化的基础上,使用三维双欧拉多相流模型对不同进风方式、不同布风板阻力下的冷态流化特性进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,采用后墙进风和增大布风板阻力的方法能有效改善煤层流化的均匀性。
Using porous medium model to simplity the air distribution plate, then cart'y out numerical simulation on fluidization characteristics on state under different inlet wind ports and different pressure losses of wind distributor with 3D double eulerian multiphase model. The results show that take the methods of designing the inlet wind ports at back wall of the furnace and increasing the pressure loss of wind distributor, the equability of coal fluidization can be improved with the low leakage of coal.
