摘要
目的:探讨携氧球蛋白在体育科学中的应用前景。方法:采用文献综述和前瞻性分析相结合,对携氧球蛋白的研究进展进行回顾分析,并展望携氧球蛋白在体育科学中的应用前景。结果与结论:携氧球蛋白包括血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、脑红蛋白和胞红蛋白。它们均含有一个铁卟啉环结构,可以可逆性结合氧或二氧化碳等气体分子。携氧球蛋白在体育科学中具有广阔的应用前景,对携氧球蛋白的进一步研究将有利于机体氧运输、氧代谢和氧利用的研究引向深入,为诸多缺血缺氧性疾病的防治以及运动诱导的缺血缺氧性损伤的机理研究提供理论依据。
Objective : To explore the application prospect of oxygen-binding globin in sport science. Methods : By the method of combination the literature review and prospect analysis, this paper reviewed and analyzed the development of oxygen-binding globin, and forecasts the application prospect of oxy- gen-binding globin in sport science. Results and Conclusions: Oxygen-binding globin contains hemoglobin, myoglobin, neuroglobin and cytoglobin. Each of them include an iron porphyrin structure, which can bind reversely gas molecule such as oxygen or carbon dioxide. Oxygen-binding globin has a wide application prospect in sport science. The further study on oxygen-binding globin will deepen the research of oxygen transport, oxygen metabolism and utilization. It will provide theoretical basis for preventing and curing ischemic-hypoxia disease and mechanism research of isehemic-hypoxia injury caused by exercise.
