间充质干细胞免疫学特性的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells MSCs）是中胚层来源的干细胞，可取自于骨髓、脐带血、脑、肝脏、肾脏、肺等组织。其具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能的特点，在适当条件下不仅可以分化为同源于中胚层的间质组织细胞，还可分化为非中胚层组织如脂肪细胞、骨细胞、软骨细胞、心肌细胞、神经元细胞及星形胶质细胞等。而对其免疫学特性的研究和新发现，引起了人们更多的关注，
