附属医院开展医学生人文素质教育实践研究

对于附属医院中的临床医学教育者而言,寻找和开展医学生人文素质教育的有效途径已成为当前的一项重要任务。作者在所在医院的医疗环境和医疗教学条件下,积极探索科学有效的医学生人文素质培养方法和措施,并尝试建立科学的评估标准,在实践中获得了现代临床教学中医学生人文素质教育的有效经验和方法,对今后在临床教学中把医学生人文素质培养变成常规的教学工作有较强的指导意义,同时也为今后建立更加科学化、标准化的医学生人文素质评估方法提供参考。

It＇s an important task for clinical edueators to explore effective methods of humanistic spirit cultivation for medical school students. The authors gained valuable experienee in practice on the humanistic education and established scientific evaluation system,which should integrate humanistie education into conventional teaching activities and develop medical students＇ humanistic spirit.
