杭州《规范》的出台旨在改善港口企业服务并不完善、管理水平良莠不齐、综合服务比较粗放现状。

In the early September,China’s first Logistics Services Rules of Inland Ports was successfully proved by experts in Hangzhou. ‘After the evaluation, we presented Rules to Hangzhou Quality Technical Council. And we are waiting for approval and enforcement. It is expected that it will be formally introduced after National Day . ’ Wu Jianping, the secretary-general of Gongshu Quality Technical Council, told the reporter. According to their assumptions, as the local standards of Hangzhou, Rules will be first applied in inland ports in Hangzhou, and then popularized to the whole country by improving standards. How to speed up the development of logistics services of inland ports has become a major issue to be solved.
