3种驱避剂驱蚊效果的评价研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价比较避蚊胺、伊默宁和羟哌酯3种驱避剂的实验室和现场药效。方法按照GB/T17322.10-1998方法对其进行实验室和现场药效测试并进行评价。结果使用浓度为5%~10%时,3种驱避剂中的药效差别不明显;使用浓度为15%~20%时,药效差别明显,羟哌酯的药效最好。实验室药效测试,20%羟哌酯对白纹伊蚊有效保护时间达11 h,现场应用对蚊虫有效保护时间为9 h。结论羟哌酯性质稳定,驱蚊效果好,使用安全,具有很好的应用前景。 Objective To evaluate the repellency of deet,IR3535 and bayrepel against mosquitoes.Methods Efficacy test of deet,IR3535,bayrepel was conducted according to GB/T 17322.10-1998,then evaluating the test data.Results Laboratory tests showed that at the concentration of 5%-10%,the efficacy of 3 repellents had no distinct difference;at the concentration of 15%-20%,the efficacy of 3 repellents had distinct difference,bayrepel was the best,the protection time of 20% bayrepel was 11 h against Aedes albopictus;field evaluations showed that the protection time of 20% bayrepel was 9 h against mosquitoes.Conclusion Bayrepel is an ideal repellent with high stability,long lasting effect,low toxicity.It also has a good prospect.
