摘要 目的了解和掌握嘉峪关铁路地区德国小蠊的抗性水平,为克服和减缓蟑螂抗药性的产生和发展,科学有效地防治蟑螂提供科学依据。方法采用药膜接触法测定抗药性。结果旅客列车和铁路居民区2个现场品系对三氟氯氰菊酯已逐渐开始产生抗性(4.93、2.80),对高效氯氰菊酯产生高度抗性(12.33、8.0),旅客列车品系对氟虫腈产生极高抗性(R>10),旅客列车品系抗性高于铁路居民区品系。结论在今后的蟑螂防治工作中,应减少氟虫腈、高效氯氰菊酯的使用,慎用残杀威,可优先考虑使用乙酰甲胺磷等药物,以克服和减缓蟑螂抗药性的产生和发展。 Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica on Jiayuguan railway region,overcome and retard the resistance of Blattella germanica and provide scientific evidence for preventing and controlling cockroaches effectively.Methods Residual smearing and contacting method to measure the resistance.Results Two strains of Blattella germanica from passenger train and railway dwelling region had emerged resistance to clocythrin(4.93,2.80),and higher resistance to beta-cypermethrin(12.33,8.0).The pests from passenger train had emerged extraordinarily high resistance to fipronil.Conclusion Following the work of preventing and controlling cockroaches,it is necessary to reduce the use of fipronil and beta-cypermethrin,use propoxur carefully,and give priority to consider acephate and other insecticides for overcoming and retarding the resistance.
