摘要
影响营销策划团队内员工间知识共享效率的因素有知识共享的主体因素、知识共享的客体因素、知识共享过程所处的团队环境因素以及共享过程中成员之间的关系,同时项目团队中成员的年龄、职位和学历等不同背景对知识共享也会有一定的影响。对知识共享效率影响程度最大的是主体因素中的外在报酬预期变量,其次是内在报酬预期变量。
The factors which affect efficiency of knowledge sharing among the staffs of marketing planning team are the main factors of knowledge sharing,the objective factors of knowledge sharing,the process of environmental factors,and the relationships between members.At the same time,age,position and qualifications of project team members have some affection on efficiency of knowledge sharing.The external remuneration expectation of the main factors is the most important factor followed by internal return expectation.
