为了应对气候变化和全球变暖,以降低人类生产生活中碳排放的低碳发展模式受到世界各国关注。在未来低碳社会中,发展低碳经济必然导致在低碳领域的广泛竞争,培育低碳竞争力将成为企业和国家生存发展的关键。从低碳竞争力的概念界定入手,可从能源结构、消费需求、产业结构、竞争战略规划、政策导向以及参与机会六个方面对低碳竞争力进行评价。

With global warming,the nations of the world pay more attentiong to the mode of low-carbon.In the future,the development of low-carbon economy will lead to the extensive competition in the low-carbon.the development of low carbon competitiveness will be the key to survival and development of enterprises and the state.This paper defines the concept of low carbon competitiveness,analyzes the low carbon competitiveness evaluation system and evaluates the performance of China＇s low-carbon competitiveness based on this system.Finally,the paper put forward the main means to enhance the competitiveness of China＇s low-carbon.
