摘要
新劳动合同法下,企业与劳动者双方博弈加剧,建立企业与劳动者双方的进化博弈模型,揭示企业与劳动者决策行为的进化路径与均衡,有利于劳动合同法得到预期的执行效果。
With the background of the new employment contract law implemented since the year of 2008,using evolutionary game theory to make an evolutionary game model between enterprise and employee,to reveal the evolutional path and balance of decision-making behavior of between enterprise and employee,facilitates the work implementation of contract law to achieve the expected results.
