An New Threshold Analysis Method for TEDFB Laser

本文分析了双电极激光器的阈值特性。我们通过对传输矩阵模型（ＴＭＭ）的输入进行了向量处理来求阈值条件下的主模及次模，进而求出单模稳定性。这个方法还可用于其它ＤＦＢ结构的模分析。

This paper analysis the threshold characteristic of TEDFD laser.We compute the mainmode and submode with threshold conditions and the stability of single mode by using vector arthmetic of transfer matrix method.This method is also suitable the mode analysis for the other DFB laser.
