大学学风建设是高校改革发展的永恒主题。因诸多原因,高校学风面临着新问题、新困难。正确认识和把握当代高校学风的特征、特点与功能,加强学风建设,对于培养高素质人才,提升高校办学质量,履行大学使命起着至关重要的作用。
the construction style of study is the eternal theme of university reform and development. Because of some reasons, the style of study in universities faced with new problems, new difficulties. To correctly understand and grasp the characteristics of the contemporary university study style, features and functions to strengthen the style of study, for cultivating high-quality talents, improving the quality of Higher Education ,fulfilling the missions plays a vital role in the University.
