In the internet era, library managements and services have taken place fundamental changes. It has become a serious issue, how to enhance the professionalism of university librarians to meet the new situation. This paper analyzes basic occupation quality that university librarians should have in the network era, and discusses the means of the training and upgrading of the quality of librarians.
