医学伦理学:形而上学承诺与从现实问题出发——从中国医学伦理学30年的历史进路谈其未来发展

Medical Ethics:Metaphysics Commitments and Starting from the Problems in the Objective Reality

中国医学伦理学经过30年的发展已经初步形成了学科形态。但学科形成阶段的先天不足和发展过程存在的问题值得反思。目的在于自觉调整学科发展方向,既要构筑起自身的形而上学承诺,也要面对和解决中国社会发展提出的种种生命伦理的现实问题。学科未来发展要通过两者的互动与契合,完成对自身的跨越。

Chinese medical ethics has preliminarily formed its own disciplines morphology through 30 year development. However,it is necessary to review and reflect the inherent issues and some problems existing in the development phrase of the disciplines morphology, the purpose of which is to readjust consciously the direction of academic development. We have to not only set up its own metaphysical commitments, but also face and solve all the reality of bioethics in the development of China. On the basis of both metaphysical commitments and the view of a realistic perspective as well as the interaction and consistence, this is the only way for Chinese medical ethics to cross beyond its own.
