摘要
引入利己及利他主义的理论分析框架,认为医护人员无法脱离理性人的属性。为缓减这一属性与医学人文的要求之间的冲突,建议将制度化作为医学人文重建的现实路径,建立一套医学人文的行为规范及考核制度;加强医护人员的人文教育、为员工提供组织支持,并建立一套医患合作机制。
We analyze the human nature of medical staffs as a rational man which is contradictory with the demand of medical humanities. So establishing a system is considered as a realistic path. We should formulate the standard behaviors and make an evaluation system, provide more humanity educations and organizational supports, and promote the coordination between medical staffs and patients.
