改良Charnley关节夹在马蹄内外翻足截骨融合术中的应用

Use of modified Charnley fixation in double or triple joints arthrodesis for the treatment of talipes equinovarus or equinovalgus

目的观察改良Ｃｈａｒｎｌｅｙ关节夹在马蹄内外翻足截骨融合术中的应用效果。方法采用改良Ｃｈａｒｎｌｅｙ关节夹固定足跗二关节、三关节截骨融合术治疗４５例５２足。结果随访３９例４３足，随访时间１１个月～７年３个月，平均３年５个月，４３足全部骨性融合，４２足外观基本正常，恢复三点负重，步态平稳。优良率９５％。结论该方法操作简单、观察方便、效果满意。

bjective To observe the effect in use of modified Charnley fixation (MCF) in double or triple joints arthrodesis. Methods45 cases with 52 feet were treated with MCF in double or triple joints arthrodesis. Results 11 months to 7 years 3 months with an averaged of 35 year follow up were undergone in 39 children(43 feet). 45 feet were arthroded and 42 feet had gotten a fairly normal contour, threepointed weight bearing and a stable gate and 95% feet revealed excellent results. Conclusion The method shows the advantage of simplicity, convenient examination and satisfactory effectiveness.
