系统生物学——深静脉血栓研究的新思路

摘要 系统生物学是一门多学科紧密交叉的学科,是随着生命科学飞速发展而产生的一门新兴生物学分支。它从整体的角度出发,利用高通量实验技术获得海量数据,整合不同类型的数据信息构建生物系统模型,通过对模型的分析,揭示生命的本质及疾病发生发展的过程;使生命科学由描述式的科学转变为定量描述和预测的科学,这在预测医学和个性化医学、新药研发、疾病防治等方面有着广阔的应用前景。因此,系统生物学为深静脉血栓的研究提供了新的视角和手段,本文主要介绍系统生物学在深静脉血栓研究中的应用前景。 Systems biology is a multidisciplinary closely cross discipline,and a new branch of biology with rapid development of life-sciences.From the angle of the whole,acquiring mass data by high flux experimental technique,integrating different types of data information to construct biological system model,and revealing essence of life and development of diseases by analysis of model;in addition,it makes life-sciences transform from description to quantitative description and predictive sciences,so it will be get broad application prospect in prospective medicine,personalized medicine,drug development and disease prevention.Therefore,systems biology has provided novel perspective and means for studying deep venous thrombosis(DVT),in the review mainly introduce systems biology application prospect in studying DVT.
