外伤性滑动髌骨的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment for traumatic instability of patella

目的探讨外伤性滑动髌骨的诊断及手术方法。方法分析１２例外伤性滑动髌骨的临床表现、软组织修补术及其近、远期效果。结果手术复位１２例，近期（３～６个月）复位成功１１例，髌骨复发脱位１例；远期（５～１０年）随访１０例，优７例，良２例，差１例。结论外伤性滑动髌骨诊断要注意外伤、膝部肿胀青紫史，屈膝髌骨向外移位。手术宜选择以股外肌移位术为主的联合软组织手术。

Objective To study diagnostic method and operative treatment of traumatic patella metachoresis. Methods 12 cases of traumatic patella metachoresis were analyzed in clinical symptom and soft tissue operation and its curative results. Results 12 cases were treated with operation and 11 cases were treated successfully (3 months to 6 months). 1 patients patella relapsed metachoresis. 10 patients were followed up from 5 to 10 years. 9 cases obtained excellent and 1 patient poor results. ConclusionClinical dignosis of traumatic patella metachoresis is based on trauma and knee joint arthrocele and patella metachoresis. Lateral metachoresis operation and soft tissue operation is the best choice.
