超声内镜对上消化道隆起性病变在内镜治疗中的指导价值

Value of Endoscopic Ultrasonograpy in the Treatment of Protuberances in Upper Gastrointestinal Tract

目的超声内镜对上消化道隆起性病变在内镜治疗中的指导价值。方法运用超声内镜检查156例上消化道隆起型病变,并对其中122例分别用内镜下高频电切电凝、ESD、EMR、尼龙圈套器套扎治疗。结果食管隆起病变以平滑肌瘤最常见,占良性病变的54.9%;胃间质瘤占胃良性隆起性病变的60.5%;本组行ESD、EMR术,部分病例术中少量出血,用氩气或者钛夹即可止血。结论超声内镜为内镜微创治疗隆起性病变适应证有良好的指导作用,大部分病变可以安全切除。

Objective To evaluate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） in the diagnosis and treatment of benign upper gastrointestinal protruding lesions （BUGPL）.Methods 156 patients with BUGPL were examined by EUS.Of these patients, 122 underwent electron coagulation and cut, endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR）, endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）, nylon loop ligation.Results Leiomyoma was the most common benign protruding lesion in the esophagus （54.9%）, and gastric stromal tumor a was the most common benign gastric protruding lesions（60.5%）.122 cases were operated, no other complications were found.Conclusion EUS play an important role in the treatment of protuberances in upper gastrointestinal tract.Some lesions are safely treated by endoscopy.
