胃肠造影诊断腔外型胃平滑肌瘤的临床价值探讨

Clinical Value of Gastrointestinal Imaging in Diagnosis of Cavity Shape the Gastric Leiomyoma

目的对胃肠造影在腔外型胃平滑肌瘤临床上的诊断价值做以探讨。方法通过使用数字化胃肠造影机,对临床20例经过手术病理治疗证实为腔外型胃平滑肌瘤患者进行比对,从漏诊率、成像清晰度等方面进行探讨。结果胃肠造影的漏诊率低,而且成像清晰,能够清晰的表现出病灶的位置以及病情发展变化情况。讨论胃肠造影在误诊率以及成像清晰度等方面,较传统的胃镜检查和CT检查相比,都有其无法比拟的优势。

Objective To gastric lumen appearance in the stomach leiomyoma clinical diagnostic value to explore.Methods By using gastrointestinal contrast agent, 20 cases of clinical pathology confirmed by operation treatment for patients with gastric lumen exterior leiomyoma, misdiagnosis rate from the aspects of definition, imaging were discussed.Results The rate of misdiagnosis lower gastrointestinal angiography and imaging clearly can clearly show the lesions and the progress of the disease.Conclusion Gastrointestinal angiography in the misdiagnosis rate and imaging resolution, etc, comparing with the traditional gastroscope inspection and CT, has its incomparable advantage.
