摘要
背景和目的对于胃肠道术后患者,早期肠内营养支持(EEN)是优于传统处理和全胃肠外营养支持的,但可能出现的胃肠道不良反应和并发症仍然限制其在临床上的运用。因此,针对早期肠内营养的安全性和患者的可耐受性、可能出现的不良反应及患者住院时间和相应的护理措施,我们对自己科室的患者进行观察和评估。方法随机选取苏州大学附属第一医院普外科80例胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后24h内进行空肠营养支持的患者(EEN组),观察临床表现和住院时间,并与同期术后进行传统处理的74例患者(TM组)进行对比。结果与传统处理组相比,术后进行早期肠内营养的患者胃肠道功能恢复快,并发症的发病率低,住院时间短。结论早期肠内营养有利于胃肠道手术患者的术后恢复,是一种安全和可以被患者接受的治疗方法。
Background Objective Early enteral nutrition(EEN)after gastrointestinal surgery should be preferred to traditional management or total parenteral nutrition(TPN),but its clinical use is still limited for concerns about possible gastrointestinal adverse effects and complication.Thus,focusing on safety,tolerance and possible adverse effects of early enteral nutrition,hospitalization and corresponding nurse management,we observed and evaluated our cases.Methods A random sample of 80 subjects,in Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,treated with EEN(EEN group)within 24 hours after gastrointestinal carcinoma operation was chose to study comparing to another random sample of 74 subjects in the same period treated with traditional management(TM group).Primary endpoints is clinical manifestation and length of hospital stay.Results Comparing to TM group,EEN group get a earlier recovery of gastrointestinal function,lower incidence of postoperative complication and shorter length of hospital stay.Conclusions EEN contribute to recovery of patient undergoing gastrointestinal surgery,and it is a safe and a tolerable therapy.
