邵阳县是个农业大县,也是全省养猪大县,极具利用猪粪建沼气池的有利条件。邵阳县农业综合开发办公室,大力推广"猪—沼—果"、"猪—沼—菜"、"猪—沼—鱼"配套模式。近6年来,共捆绑投入7800万元,建成户用沼气池3.6万口,取得了"四节"、"三增"、"三减少"、"一净化"的明显成效,改善了农民饮食卫生和净化居住环境,实现了农村经济社会可持续发展。
