Improve the quality of Agricultural mechanization personnel is an important issue of the realization of China＇s agricultural mechanization. There is a very close relationship between improving the quality of personnel and the agricultural mecha- nization development. Strengthening personnel training and improving the quality of personnel is both urgent requirement for development of agricultural mechanization and an important guarantee for the realization of agricultural mechanization.
