护理干预对改善高龄LC术后患者舒适度的作用

Nursing Intervention Improving Comfort Degree of the elder patients after LC surgery

目的通过护理干预提高高龄LC术后患者的舒适度。方法将120例行LC的高龄患者随机分为对照组60例与观察组60例。对照组按传统方法进行护理,观察组进行舒适护理。结果观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),患者舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者术后出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒适护理模式在高龄LC患者中的应用,能有效消除患者的紧张、焦虑心理,使患者处于最佳身心状态,可较大程度提高患者的舒适度。

Objective To improve the comfort nursing efficacy of the elder patients after LC surgery.Methods This randomized trial investigated comfort nursing efficacy in LC elder patients after LC surgery.One hundred twenty elder patients were randomly assigned to receive comfort nursing （n=60） or traditional nursing （n=60） after LC surgery.Results The adverse events were obviously lower in patients treated with comfort nursing （n=60,P0.01） than in those treated with traditional nursing （n=60）.Sustained response of bleeding after LC surgery did not have the statistic significant difference in patients treated with comfort nursing and traditional nursing.（P0.05） Conclusion The comfort nursing of the elder patients after LC surgery efficiently reduced the anxiety and depression of the elder patients,so that it rapidly increased the satisfaction of the patients.
