摘要
以拟薄水铝石为铝源、水玻璃为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在110℃水热条件下合成了含Al的MCM-41介孔分子筛。以AlMCM-41介孔分子筛为载体、以W和Ni为活性组分制备了加氢脱氮催化剂,在反应压力4 MPa、反应温度350℃、氢油体积比800及质量空速2.0 h-1条件下,喹啉的脱氮率可达99%以上。
AIMCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves with highly ordered structure are hydrothermally synthesized at 110~C using pseudoboehmite as aluminum source, sodium silicate as silicon source and cationic surfactant of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as template agent. Hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) catalysts are prepared by depositing Ni and W sulfides on AlMCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves. The HDN activity of the catalysts is tested. Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 350℃, reaction pressure of 4 MPa, hydrogen/oil ratio of 800 and WHSV of 2.0 h- 1 , the HDN rate of quinoline reachs 99%.
