混合废纸高效脱墨剂的脱墨工艺研究

Deinking technology for mixed wastepaper with highly efficient deinking agent

采用十二烷基苯磺酸与自制药剂反应的产物,与AES、OP-10及吐温80复配,得到一种针对混合废纸的高效脱墨剂,研究了各辅助药剂配用量对废纸脱墨效果的影响,通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:w(H2O2)=1.5%、w(NaOH)=3.0%、w(Na2SiO3)=2.5%、w(自制脱墨剂)=0.3%(以上比例均相对于绝干浆)、碎浆时间20 min、浆液质量分数10%、温度60℃。脱墨后浆的白度升高到77.46%ISO、残余油墨质量浓度(ERIC)降低为132.43 mg/kg。实验结果表明,自制脱墨剂具有良好的脱墨效果,优于部分市售脱墨剂,并节省了化学药品的用量,是一种针对混合废纸的新型高效脱墨剂。

A deinking agent is synthesized by LAS, AES, OP-10 ,Tween-80 and self-made pharmacy. The effects of assistant reagents amount in the deinking process are investigated. The results show that the optimal process conditions are as follows ： the dosage of H2 02 of 1.5 wt%, the dosage of NaOH of 3.0 wt%, the dosage of Na2 SiO3 of 2. 5 wt% , the dosage of deinking agent of 0. 3 wt% ,the reaction time of 20 min, concentration of 10% ,temperature of 60℃. The deinking pulp whiteness reaches 77.46% ISO,and the ERIC reduces to 132. 43 mg-kg-1. This deinking agent exhibits good deinking performance, better than part of the deinking agents sold in current market.
