摘要 本实验采用八木氏法灌流牛蛙心脏,经换能器、放大器输入计算机记录心肌的收缩活动,观察皮质醇对牛蛙心肌收缩的作用。结果如下:①灌流1×10-6mol/L皮质醇,蛙心收缩幅度增大,潜伏期平均为18.7s,蛙心收缩频率无明显改变(n=60)。②灌流2×10-7mol/L~1×10-6mol/L不同浓度皮质醇后,随着皮质醇浓度的增加,心肌收缩幅度也增大,表现明显的量效关系(n=20)。③甾体激素胞内受体阻断剂—1×10-6mol/LRU38486不能阻断皮质醇的作用(n=20)。④经蛋白合成抑制剂—放线菌酮作用20min后,再灌流1×10-6mol/L皮质醇,心肌收缩幅度仍增大(n=20)。上述结果提示:皮质醇对牛蛙心肌收缩具有快速增强作用。 The effect of cortisol on myocardial contractility in bullfrog were studied with the BAMUHARTUNGS method The results are as follows:The magnitude of myocardial contractility was increased when the heart of bullforg was perfused with 110-6 mol/L cortisol,the latency was 18723 second(n=60) In the concentration range of 210-7 mol/L to 110-6 mol/L of cortisol, the effect of cortisol was concentration dependent The perfusion of 110-6 mol/L RU38486 has no significant influence on the responsce of myocardial contratility to 110-6 mol/L cortisol(n=20) The potentiation of myocardial contractility by 110-6 mol/L cortisol did not diminished when the preparation was preincubated in the presence of actidione for twenty minutes (n=20) This results indicate that the cortisol has the rapid excitatory effect on the myocardial contractility of bullfrog
