摘要
针对昆明新机场航站楼超长混凝土结构,采取设置后浇带、采用补偿收缩混凝土技术、掺加聚丙烯短纤维、合理设置诱导缝及施加预应力等多方面措施,以解决超长混凝土结构裂缝难题。同时介绍了施工过程中,对混凝土强度、配制、浇筑和养护的要求,并对无黏结预应力筋的设计和施工要点进行总结,最后对整个施工过程进行检验,符合国家相关规范,取得良好效果。
For the super-long concrete structure in Kunming New Airport Terminal,authors applied lots of measures to solve the problem of concrete cracks,such as setting late poured bands and induced joints,using the concrete technology of shrinkage-compensating,adding polypropylene short fiber and appling prestress.In the process of construction,authors introduced the requirements on concrete strength,preparation,pouring and maintenance.At the same time,they summarized the design and construction of unbonded prestressed steel-bars.At last,the whole construction process is tested.The above measures have a good effect and accorde with related codes.
