摘要
天津津塔工程主塔楼高336.9m,建成后将成为华北第一高楼。通过介绍天津津塔工程钢板墙焊接的施工实例,从钢板墙焊接顺序的确定、钢板墙超长焊缝焊接应力应变控制、钢板墙焊接操作平台搭设、钢板墙焊接裂纹控制等四个方面分析钢板墙焊接施工的难点,并提出了解决方法。
The height of Jinta Mansion in Tianjin is 336.9m,it will be the tallest building in North China.This paper introduces steel plate welding practical application of Jinta Tower in Tianjin.As for the analysis of difficult point of steel plate welding and the construction method of the difficult point,four factors are discussed,which consists of deciding welding sequence of steel plate wall,stress-strain control of in steel plate wall welding,the steel plate welding platform,the control of welding cracks of steel plate wall.
