摘要
无锡新区科技交流中心钢屋盖为梅花形,采用双曲桁架与单层网壳构成的组合结构,具有跨度大、弧形杆件多、连接节点形式复杂等特点。针对工程施工难点,采取合理的施工技术:三维可视化建模技术用于加工形体复杂的铸钢件;六维数控相贯线切割技术用于屋盖钢管的切割;计算机放样技术应用于双曲桁架的拼装;临时改变传力路径的加固方法用以实现桁架吊装安全;合理制定桁架和网壳的吊装流程以减少安装应力;恰当的测量方法应用于桁架拼装和屋盖吊装的全过程。结果表明,制作和安装精度皆符合国家规范要求,并且保证了施工安全性。
The plum blossom-shaped steel roof of Wuxi New District Science Technology Communication Center,constructed of hyperbolic trusses and mono-stratum shells,has the characteristics of large span,numerous curved tube members and complex connections.Because of the inherent construction difficulties,some construction techniques are adopted as follows: the technology of 3D visualization modeling is adopted to manufacture complicated cast steel components;the 6D intersecting line cutting method is used to cut intersecting lines of steel pipes of the roof;the computer simulating technique is applied to piece together the hyperbolic trusses;the strengthening method of changing load route with steel tubes is adopted to temporarily strengthen top slabs of the basement,so that the caterpillar lift can work safely;the installation stress is lessened by formulating construction processes of trusses and net shells;suitable measurement methods is used during the manufacture of trusses and installation of steel roof.The results confirm that precision of manufacture and installation can meet the requirements of national codes and assure the safety of construction.
