摘要
外国专家大厦基础桩工程施工难度较大,结合工程所在地的地质条件、场地条件和工期要求,基础桩施工采用长螺旋钻机成孔,桩中心压灌混凝土并后插钢筋笼,同时采用基础桩后压浆技术,大大提高了桩基础承载力。与常规施工方法相比,该技术可不考虑地下水影响,并从根本上排除了泥浆污染和泥浆处理等环保问题,具有明显的经济效益与社会效益。
The construction technology of foundation pile is very difficult in Foreign Experts Building.Based on the geological conditions and construction time requirements,long spiral drilling machine is used to drilling holes during construction of piles.Engineers insert reinforcement cage after pouring concrete at the center of piles,at the same time,post pressure grouting technology is used,which increased the bearing capacity of pile foundation.Compared with common construction technology,the construction technology of this project are not considered the influence of underground water,and solve the environment problem,such as slurry pollution and slurry treatment,which has the obvious economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
