刚果(布)外交部礼堂钢结构屋面防水施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 刚果(布)外交部礼堂为圆形建筑,钢结构屋面由环形天沟分割为内环和外环2部分。屋面工程完成后,发现雨季多处漏水。根据设计、气候、施工等漏水原因,通过对卷材防水技术、喷涂聚脲弹性体防水技术(SPUA技术)、喷涂聚氨酯硬泡体防水技术(PUR技术)的对比分析,最终选定以PUR技术作为防水底层,表面黏结彩砂作为屋面防水层的防紫外线保护层。介绍了屋面维修施工工艺,取得了技术要求。 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Congo is circle structure,whose roof is divided into inner ring and external ring by ring gutter.After completion of roof engineering,leakage is found in rainy season.According to the leakage reasons of design,climate and construction,and by comparison and analysis on coiled material waterproofing technology,spraying polyurea elastomer(SPUA) waterproofing technology and spraying polyurethane rigid foam(PUR) waterproofing technology,PUR is chosen finally.The technology is that PUR is used as waterproofing bottom,and color sand is bonded on surface as protection layer to prevent ultraviolet.The construction technology of maintenance is introduced,and it meets technology requirement.
