贵州省部分少数民族已婚男性性生活现状及影响因素调查

Survey status of sexual life and influencing factors among married minority men

目的:调查少数民族已婚男性性生活现状,分析影响性生活质量的因素。方法:在贵州省5个少数民族自治县,随机问卷调查苗族、布依族、水族、仡佬族和侗族已婚少数民族男性750名。数据采用SPSS11.5分析软件进行分析处理。结果:有效问卷91.6%,调查对象年龄41.97±12.72岁。近一年来性生活频率平均2次/周,66.4%表示性生活和谐,54.1%表示性生活时经常与伴侣会讨论感受。民族、住址和年龄是已婚男性性生活频率的影响因素,而性生活自我评价的影响因素是民族、年龄、生殖系统症状和是否与配偶讨论性。结论:已婚少数民族男性的性生活频率、性生活满意度和夫妻交流性感受均较高,民族类别是性生活现状自我评价的重要影响因素,避孕节育措施的副作用和有效性也是一个不容小视的因素。在制定少数民族地区生殖健康促进计划时,要结合少数民族的民俗民风予以考虑。

Objective：To investigate the status of sexual life among married minority men and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 750 Miao,Buyi,Shui,Gelao and Dong married men were randomly selected from five minority autonomy counties of Guizhou Province by stratified cluster random sampling.They were interviewed with the questionnaires closed.The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results：The recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 91.6%.The average age of the respondents was 41.97 ± 12.72 years old.The sexual frequency was two times per week in the latest one year,and 66.4% of them indicated that they had a harmonious sexual life,and 54.1% expressed that they could discuss sex with their partner.The factors which affected their sexual frequency were ethnic,registered permanent residence and age.Ethnic,age,disorders of reproductive organs,discussion of sex with partner could impact sexual life.Conclusion：The higher sexual frequency and more satisfaction as well as discussion of sex with partner were found.Ethnic was a very important factor which affected married minority men＇s self-evaluation of sexual life.The influence of side-effects and effectiveness of contraceptive are also important.It is necessary to combine cultural characteristic of different ethnics with formulation of reproductive health intervention measure in minority region.
