冷敷对痛性结节诱发勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy of cold compresstherapy on erectile dysfunction in patient with tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy

目的:观察局部冷敷对输精管结扎术后痛性结节诱发的勃起功能障碍(ED)的治疗效果。方法:采用夜间阴茎勃起测定仪和国际勃起功能指数问卷调查表-5(IIEF-5)对痛性结节伴ED者的勃起功能进行评估,分析冷敷疗效。结果:29例患者冷敷治疗前后夜间阴茎勃起次数分别为1.41±0.98次和1.72±1.19次(P=0.010),阴茎勃起持续时间分别为13.86±7.43min和14.62±7.84min(P=0.019),国际勃起功能指数分别为11.21±3.70和11.62±3.67(P=0.026)。治疗前后患者阴茎勃起功能的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冷敷疗法能增加和延长痛性结节伴ED患者的夜间阴茎勃起次数和勃起持续时间,提高勃起功能指数,是改善输精管结扎术后痛性结节患者勃起功能的新方法。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of cold compress therapy on erectile dysfunction induced by tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy.Methods：Assessment of erectile function of the patient with tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy was conducted with the nocturnal penile tumesence and international index of erectile function-5.The efficacy of cold compress therapy was evaluated.Results：A total of 29 men were recruited.Before and after cold compress therapy,the number of the nocturnal penile tumesence were 1.41 ± 0.98 and 1.72 ± 1.19,respectively（P = 0.010） ;the duration of the nocturnal penile tumesence were 13.86 ± 7.43 minutes and 14.62 ± 7.84 minutes,respectively（P = 0.019） ;the scores of IIEF-5 were 11.21 ± 3.70 and 11.62 ± 3.67,respectively（P = 0.026）.Conclusion：The cold compress therapy can increase the number and the duration of the nocturnal penile tumescence as well as the scores of IIEF-5 in patient with tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy.The cold compress therapy is a new method to improve erectile function in patient with tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy.
