摘要
目的调查头孢菌素类抗菌药物过敏反应的发生情况及探讨进行皮肤敏感性试验的必要性。方法回顾性调查我院7871份住院病历的抗菌药物使用情况、药物过敏史。结果59．9％的住院患者使用了头孢菌素，头孢菌素的过敏反应发生率为1．4％。结论在使用头孢菌素前用拟用药物进行头孢菌素皮肤敏感性试验，可防治药物过敏反应，保障患者的用药安全。
Objective To investigate the intradermal test of cephalosporins and to discuss the necessity of intradermal test before administration of cephalosporins. Methods 7871 inpatient medical records were retrospective investigated in drug and allergic history in the first people＇ s hospital of kaifeng. Results 59. 9% of patients used ccphalosporins. The rate of allergic history to cephalosporins was 1.4%. Conclusion Drug sensitivity test should be done before administration of cephalosporins so as to prevent drug allergy and ensure the safety of drug use.
